Structured Dental Lab Quality Control

KC Dental Lab uses a structured dental lab quality control process from case intake to shipping verification, including material traceability review when applicable. Product, material and shipment documentation should be confirmed in writing according to product type and destination-market requirements.

Quality Control Flow

    Case Intake Review

    Prescription, tooth number, material, shade, implant system and required records are reviewed before production.

  2. 02

    Scan or Impression Review

    Margins, occlusion, contact data, scan completeness and impression quality are checked according to case type.

  3. 03

    CAD Design Review

    Margin, cement space, connector dimensions, emergence profile and design consistency are reviewed when applicable.

  4. 04

    Material Verification

    Material brand, product reference and batch information can be documented for applicable cases upon request.

  5. 05

    In-Process Inspection

    Milling, sintering, staining, glazing, denture setup, framework processing and finishing are checked during production.

  6. 06

    Final QC

    Fit, margin, occlusion, proximal contact, shade, surface finishing, polish, cleanliness and prescription consistency are reviewed.

  7. 07

    Shipping Verification

    Packaging, labels, shipment information and tracking details are checked before dispatch.

  8. 08

    Issue Review and Remake Handling

    Reported issues are reviewed against the prescription, files, production information and finished restoration.
