What to Send With the First Digital Case
- Anonymous case reference and complete prescription
- Upper arch, lower arch and bite files as required
- Restoration type, material, tooth number and shade
- Implant system and scan body details when applicable
- Clinical photos or design references when relevant
- Requested approval stages and required delivery date
